35 years in software and digital transformation consulting. One conviction. One platform.
KELDARX was born from a simple observation: business software had to be sovereign, deterministic, and accessible to everyone.
Why KELDARX ?
For 35 years, I had a front-row seat to digital transformation. From needs analysis to change management, from process redesign to integrations between critical business applications, from international deployments to performance measurement — I supported organizations across all industries, including the most demanding: aerospace, defense, automotive, and healthcare.
And at every engagement, I observed the same paradox: large enterprises had access to powerful, sovereign, auditable tools. The SMEs in their supply chains, meanwhile, were making do with spreadsheets and overflowing inboxes — unable to keep pace with the traceability requirements of their prime contractors. This is not a lack of competence. It is a lack of access.
Facing me was a paradoxically blocked market: overpriced solutions, clients locked into proprietary technologies, heavy GDPR constraints, industrial standards and compliance requirements demanding military-grade traceability — and an immense void for SMEs.
And that void is not limited to businesses. No continuity exists for an employee to retain the digital assets built throughout their professional journey. As for the applications designed for individuals, fewer than 5% are oriented toward information management — yet each of us today manages as much data as a 1980s SME.
Think about the volume of files scattered across one or two computers, an external drive, your tablet, your phone — not to mention OneDrive or Google Drive. How long does it take you to find your CV, your children’s birth certificates, or a copy of your training certificate when you need to put together an administrative file in a hurry? How many copies are saved? Which one is the right version? … not to mention the moments when you end up recreating from scratch the very document you were looking for.
I therefore decided to design the solution I could find nowhere else. For two years, I laid solid foundations: market research, a strategic specification document, and the development of two proof-of-concept projects to validate the power of open source.
Founded in May 2026, KELDARX is the product of that technological clarity. Our mission is simple: eliminate vendor lock-in, divide infrastructure costs by 10, democratize access to data management worthy of the largest enterprises, and enable everyone to take absolute control of their digital life.
Pascal NAPARTY
CEO & Founder, KELDARX
An engineer in Industrial Process Engineering, holding a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing, Pascal spent 35 years at the intersection of industrial software and digital transformation consulting — as a developer, solution architect, R&D manager, technical director, sales director, and VP.
He began his career at Audros (under Rand Worldwide), before moving into PLM with SDRC — now Siemens Teamcenter. He then joined IBM Canada to build technical sales teams and deploy the Value Engagement Methodology across 1,300 experts in a global role. At Autodesk, he managed up to €246M in revenue across 330 major European accounts. At PTC, as director, he revitalized sales and pre-sales teams to restore 30%+ annual growth. He then joined Atos — a world leader in cybersecurity — as VP Industry 360, the division consolidating the entire industrial portfolio. His mastery of complex programs — from advisory sales to delivery — enabled him to serve the most demanding organizations in the world.
In 2019, he founded NDS (Services du Numérique Inc.) to share his expertise in executive consulting. In 2024, he decided to go further: design and build the platform the market had been waiting for.
In May 2026, NDS became KELDARX.
My Journey
They trusted me
Two years to build what lasts.
KEY is not the result of a pivot or a technology trend. It is an architecture designed from the ground up to hold at scale.
01
Validate before you build
Two years of work before the first line of production code. Market research, strategic specification document, industry interviews, two proof-of-concept projects.
The architecture was proven before it was built.
02
Build to last
59 independent modules across 4 abstraction layers. Each layer only knows the layers below — never those above. This rule eliminates the circular dependencies that cause platforms to collapse as they grow.
03
Sovereignty by design
No vendor lock-in from the foundation. FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL — the best open source technologies, assembled in a sovereign way. KEY does not sell digital sovereignty while itself relying on proprietary technologies.
What we deeply believe in.
Our Vision
Making accessible to every SME and every individual the level of technological mastery that only large enterprises could afford until now.
Our Values
Sovereignty
You decide where your data lives, who accesses it, and when it disappears. Not to a cloud, not to a vendor, not to an algorithm.
KEY is local-first by architecture, not by slogan.
Determinism
The core of KEY is deterministic by design: your business rules, your data, your processes always produce the expected result. AI is integrated as an assistance layer — it suggests, accelerates, enriches. It is never the engine that decides for you.
Accessibility
Enterprise-grade tools, available from your very first SME and your very first user.
KEY divides infrastructure costs by 10 without requiring any IT expertise to get started.
Rigor
Every architectural decision is grounded in 35 years of field experience, not technology trends.
No architectural shortcuts. Foundations designed to stand the test of time.
